Catherine Weatherford Gardner

Catherine Weatherford Gardner passed away on November 19th, 2017.
Cathy was born in Greenville, SC on August 27, 1949 to the late Marion Houston and Margaret Greer Weatherford. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Samuel J. Gardner Jr. She graduated from Parker High School and formerly served as Director of the Greenville Medical Society.
Cathy had a quick wit, a loving heart, and an infectious laugh. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.
Surviving her are her daughters, Amanda (Mandy) Gardner, Lauren Middlekauff, and Elizabeth (Betsy) Lockaby, her sons-in-law Mickey Lockaby and Todd Middlekauff, and five grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law Randy and Barbara Weatherford.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, November 24, 2017. at 1 p.m. at St. Matthew United Methodist Church, 701 Cleveland St. Greenville, S.C. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to St. Matthew UMC or Medical Services of America Hospice, 528 Howell Rd Suite 20, Greenville, S.C. 29615
