Marsha Sewell Smith

Marsha Sewell Smith, 64, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at her home following an illness. She was the wife of the late, Steve Smith. Born on December 12, 1953 in Spartanburg, she is the daughter of the late, Glenn Sewell, Sr. and Virginia McCarter Sewell. Marsha was a loving wife, mother and sister, she graduated from Spartanburg High School, she retired as a manager in the financial industry and was a member of Manna Baptist Church.

Marsha is survived by her sisters, Dianne Gault and her husband, Randy of Cross Hill and Judy Sewell of Spartanburg; her brother, Joe Sewell of Spartanburg. Marsha is preceded in death by her son, David Eubanks, her brother, Glenn “ Buck “ Sewell, Jr. and her sister, Doris Rudeen.

Visitation will be at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Manna Baptist Church, 121 Flatwood Lane in Spartanburg. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 P.M. at the Church. Officiating the services are Reverend David Mattox, Reverend Kevin Loftis and Reverend Danny Cannon.
