February 22, 1964 — April 23, 2017

Maureen “ Moe ” Brock, 53 of Greenville, formerly of Harrisburg, PA, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 23 at home surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas, and seven children, Jason, Lindsay, Kevin, Eric, Matthew, Erin and Drew, two grandchildren, Marlena and Cameron and numerous relatives and friends.

Maureen was born in Belleville, NJ, the daughter of Marion Mescall of Greenwood, S.C. and William Mescall (deceased). She was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Thomas. She leaves behind five sisters, Susan, Patricia, Nancy, Maryann and Cecilia, and four brothers William, Stephen, Daniel and James.

“Moe” was a 1982 graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and later worked for the United States Postal Service. She was known for her love of life and great sense of humor. In her free time she enjoyed writing, being with family and weekends on Lake Greenwood with campfires and fun in the ‘Henny Penny’. No one can quite compare to the love and spirit she had. She will be missed dearly but lives on in the hearts of many.
