Rickey Gene Blackwell of Seneca SC 110 Country Kin Road passed on January 17, 2018. He was born on March 1, 1957 in Pickens County to Eugene Paul Blackwell and Francis L. McClure Blackwell. He is survived by his sister Phyliss B. Worley and brother Jimmy D Dickard both of Seneca; niece Jill Worley; nephew Darian Owens; and grand-niece Serinity Murphey. Preceded in death by his father and mother, and wife Brenda C. Blackwell.
