Mrs. Aileen Susan Arnold
December 20, 1945 — May 31, 2019
Aileen Susan Arnold born December 20, 1945 to George Williams and Agnes Kie Williams in Richmond, California passed away on May 31, 2019 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dan; 2 brothers and 1 sister, Michael, Carolyn, and Robert; 5 sons, Larry, Joseph, Theron, Kyle and Del. She had 16 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both parents, George and Agnes, as well as, her brother, George and sister, Georgann.
Aileen was a retired medical records specialist and a proud member of the Laguna Pueblo outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico where she grew up. She loved to travel and was an expert at crocheting. She had a passion for old movies and was very knowledgeable. Aileen also enjoyed volunteering within her community in hospitals and libraries. She loved musical theatre, assisting behind the scenes and appeared in numerous plays at local community playhouses. She was a beautiful singer and had an incredible zest for life. She also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh.
She is now resting peacefully in heaven. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11:00 am at Northbrook Baptist Church, 1881 Boiling Springs Rd., Spartanburg SC 29316.
