Anna Louise Vandergriff

November 23, 1923 - January 26, 2022

Anna Louise Vandergriff, devoted Jehovah’s Witness, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, fell asleep in death on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at the age of 92. She was born to John and Lucille Huffaker on November 23, 1923, in Frankfort, KY. Anna was blessed in this life to watch her family expand from her own seven children to include 25 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and even great-great grandchildren. Anna is survived by son Charles Emming and daughters, Dorothy Stripling, Barbara Arwood and Diana Samples. Also surviving is sister Alice Bale. Preceding Anna in death is husband, Jack Vandergriff, and 1st husband (and father to her children), Leonard Emming. Anna is also preceded in death by her son David Emming, daughters Loretta Ericks and Rebekah Emming as well as siblings John Huffaker, Jr. and Cleo Taylor. Anna will be forever loved and cherished by many. A service will be held in Anna’s memory on February 12, 2022 at 2:00PM via Zoom.
