April Joy Baxley, 46, of Anderson passed away on December 10, 2020. Born in Greenville, South Carolina she was the daughter of James Donald Allen and Martha Ann Fulbright.
Survivors include her children: Elizabeth Ann (Izzie) Chappell and Caroline Grace Chappell. She is also survived by her life partner Jason Chappell and one brother Tim Allen.
April was a Christian and most recently attended Augusta Heights Baptist Church. She also loved music and had a beautiful voice. She enjoyed watching Science fiction movies, and football. April had an amazing memory and usually won at trivia games.
At this time no service arrangements have been made.
