Simpsonville, SC – Billy “Bill” W. Ables, 81, husband of Joyce Houston Ables, went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 6, 2022.
Mr. Ables was the son of the Late JC and Dixie Ables of Dayton, Ohio. Bill was a retired machinist with Jeffrey Dresser and member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Fountain Inn, SC. Throughout his lifetime Bill was known as an avid woodworker, golfer and fisherman.
Surviving , in addition to his wife are a daughter, Shari Ables Sartoris and husband Steve, a brother Jim Ables (Ruby); five grandchildren, Chase Ables, Cache Ables, Bo Gerami, Catie Gerami, Tyler Sartoris and a host of special nieces, nephews and friends
Private graveside services will be held at Cannon Byrd Memorial Park with a Celebration of life to be scheduled at a later date.
