Billy Ray Edwards

Billy Ray Edwards, 63, of Pickens, SC passed away Thursday, October 7th, 2021. He was born Sunday, February 16th, 1958 in Athens, Greece to his parents William Ray and Dora Klousta Edwards.
He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his beloved wife, Vickie Lynn Holder Edwards; his daughter, Tonya Lynn Anderson (Michael); his grandchildren: Amber (Nikki) Anderson, Dylan Anderson, Billy Cole Anderson and Brooklyn (Toodles) Anderson; his brother Ted Edwards (Peggy); his adopted brothers, Andy and Justin Edwards; his Mother-in law, Sisters-in-law and Brothers-in-law; and his many Nieces and Nephews.
Billy worked many years for Industrial Services. He served honorably in the United States Army. He loved his country, motorcycles, old cars and trucks. But above all he loved the Lord, which he demonstrated by his unconditional love for his family and friends.
He will be truly missed. Billy left a lasting impression on many hearts during his time here on earth.
Billy Ray Edwards will receive Military Honors at M. J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery in Anderson, SC followed by a Memorial Service officiated by Pastor Mike McClung on Friday, October 22nd starting at 11am.
