Cecil Whitfield 83, born May 19th, 1937 in Anderson County to Edgar and Mary Collier Whitfield. He Left this world on August 18th from Condor Health Anderson. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his daughters Cathy Towe(Rick) and Cindy Burnside, his grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as a brother, Max and sisters Helen, Betty, Ann, and Linda.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sweetheart, Carolyn Whitfield, brother Vernon "Bud" and sisters, Dessie Mae and Dot.
Visitation will be Monday, August 24th from 1-3 pm at Cremation Society of SC-Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd, Greenville SC 29611.
To honor Cecil Whitfield's life, memorial contributions may be made to Condor Health Nursing Center Staff and Residents of Unit 4, 611 East Hampton Street Anderson South Carolina 29624.
