Charles Robert McCarter (Robby), 67, went on to be with Jesus on Saturday, September 17th, 2022. His wife, Jacqueline McCarter (Jackie), & his family were by his side as he passed.
He is survived by his wife, his son James McCarter & his family (Lisa, Gina, & Pamela), his son Charlie McCarter & his family (Jen, Duncan, & Lila), his brother, Jimmy McCarter & his wife (Pat), & many cousins, nieces, & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father & mother, James & Vera McCarter, & his sisters, Josie Bowers & Jan Dix.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated. A short memorial service will be held at 2pm on Fri, Sep 23rd at the chapel at the Cremation Society of SC in Greenville, SC.
In lieu of flowers, Rob would have asked for donations to JDRF Tennessee in honor of his grandson. https://www.jdrf.org/tennessee/
