Christopher "Chris" Merritt
July 27, 1971 — May 19, 2022
Christopher “Chris” Charles Merritt, 50, of Piedmont, passed away on May 19, 2022. A native of Pickens County, he was the son of Charles and the late Nancy Grace Wilson Merritt. In his younger years, he was in a local band “The Deliahs” and currently had over 20,000 followers on his YouTube channel.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Merritt.
He is survived by his sons, Michael and Matthew Merritt; father, Charles William Merritt and granddaughter, Valentina Merritt.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, June 1st in the chapel of Westville Funeral.
