Elza “Elzie” James Goodine

Elza James Goodine (Elzie) was born in Anderson County on December 9, 1959 and departed this life on March 22, 2019. He was the son of the late Matthew William Goodine and Carrie Lee Linder Goodine.
He attended Wren High School. He loved to fish and enjoyed listening to music.
He was predeceased by his three brothers; Sammy, Jimmy, and John Goodine.
He is survived by his two daughters; Brianna Goodine and Brenna Clinkscales of Anderson, SC, his sister; Eleanor Eyvonne Simpson(Kenn) of Simpsonville, SC, his three brothers; Horace and Hoyt Goodine of Simpsonville, SC, Billy Goodine of Greenville, SC.
He also leaves to cherish fond memories, his four grandchildren; Julian Goodine, Jaelynn Goodine, Irieyona Peters and Ariah Peters, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
