Frances J. Roper, 89, wife of the late Vernon G. Roper, passed from this life on Friday, May 15, 2020.
Born in Greenville County Frances is a daughter of the late Donahue and Luella Whitaker Davidson. She was a member of Taylors Church of Christ. If you knew Frances J. Roper you knew how she loved others especially her family and children, how she loved to talk, how social she was and how easy she made friends.
Survivors include two daughters; Ann Allen (Dennis) of Travelers Rest, Sue Jones (Chris) of Taylors, a son David Roper of Travelers Rest, six grandchildren; Tee Suber, Joshua Allen (Janear), Jessica Arnold (Chris), Brittany Goddard (Nathan), Brandon Jones, Rachel Jones and six great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 2 PM Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Mountain View Memorial Park in Travelers Rest officiated by her son-in-law Chris Jones.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Special Olympics in Greenville County.
