Gary Douglas Bennefield Sr. passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Born in Greenville, SC on May, 30,1941. He is predeceased by his parents, Raymond Bennefield and Evelyn Tate Bennefield Yates, step father; Warren Yates, step mother; Mary Bennefield, two sons; Lonnie Edward and James Bennefield, three brothers, and two sisters.
Surviving to carry on his memory is daughter; Judy (Mark) Walbridge, sons; Douglas Bennefield, Raymond Bennefiel, Wayne (Karen) Bennefield, William (Shelia) Bennefield, two sisters; Carol (Paul) Crane, Judy (Mike) Cole, twenty grand children, thirty two great-grand children, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is to be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 in the Chapel of Westville Funeral Home starting at 2:00 pm.
