Gerald Ralph Horton

Gerald Ralph Horton, 55, Greenville, SC, passed away on June 5, 2022. He was the son of Vivian Jennings Horton and Donald Horton, born in Greenville, SC, on February 19, 1967. Gerald is survived by his wife Trudy Horton; children: Julianne Horton, Ashley, and Justine Horton; and granddaughter Kyla Bligen. He retired from SCDC Perry Correctional Institute as SG. Gerald was a jolly man that never met a stranger. A man with a heart of gold. He was a man that loved everyone, no matter what. Gerald loved fishing and going to the shooting range. He was a great father and grandfather. He was such a wonderful man. Gerald will be greatly loved and missed by his loved ones left behind.
