Mr. Greggory Franklin Fernander

March 20, 1958 — March 26, 2019

Greg Fernander Passed away on March 26, 2019. Greg Was 61.

Greg was born on March 20th, 1958 in Valdosta Georgia to Bob and Doris Fernander. Greg grew up in Sumter South carolina where he was well known and well liked. Greg married Olivia Ann Adams in 1984. He raised his son Jason as his own and together he and Olivia had one son together, Jake.

Greg was a friend to many and never met a stranger. He was kind hearted and always willing to lend a hand and help others before helping himself. Greg was a loyal friend and the kind of friend you want to have by your side. Greg enjoyed playing cards, horse-shoes, darts, good company, being with friends, bowling, listening to music, his GMC truck, and drinking a cold beer. I didn't take much to please Greg and make him happy. He was well known for his quick wit, his ability to make you laugh until you cried, and his kind, giving and compassionate spirit. He will be missed terribly by all who knew him but especially by his family.

Greg was preceded in death by his beautiful little sister Brenda, his brother Mike, his loving Wife Olivia, his mother Doris, and his father Bob who he considered like his best friend. He is survived by his sons, Jake and Jason, his daughter in-law Cecily, his granddaughter Olivia whom he adored, loved and was so proud of, his grandson Jaxson whom he was so excited for, his beautiful sister Debrah whom he loved conversing with and spending time with, his brother Paul who was more than just a brother to him but also like a best friend, all of his nephews Pierce, Zachary, Jack, Chad, and his beautiful niece Emory whom he loved all very much, his Aunt Jean who was very special to him and loved very much, and his many friends.
