Irving Bill Hunt III, 71, of Greenville, South Carolina passed away May 29, 2020. Born in Columbia he was the son of Irving William Hunt, Jr. and Maude B. Hunt.
Irving was employed with the Internal Revenue Service, he also served in the SC Air National Guard (LTC) and SC Army National Guard (LTC) where he retired as the Planning Officer for the State of South Carolina. He was a member of the Greenville Masons and an active IPTAY Representative for Clemson Athletics.
Survivors include his children; Kristen H. Thompson (Jason) of Greenville, SC, and William R. Hunt of Taylors, SC, one grandchild, Olivia G. Thompson and one sister, Allyson H. Stasney (John) of Chapin, SC.
He was predeceased by his wife Sherrill Hunt and his partner Nancy K. Ralston.
