J. C. Malpass, 62, passed away on May 24, 2020 in his home. He is survived by his wife Laura Riley, two sons, Michael Malpass, Travis Malpass, a step daughter, Jazmine Riley, a step son, Joshua Riely, three sisters, Gloria Philbeck, Sybil Runion, Faye Forrester and two grandchildren. J. C. passed away after a long battle with cancer. He was a greatly loved father, husband and friend to many that knew him.
A memorial service to honor J. C.’s life will be held 2 PM Thursday, June 4, in the chapel of Cremation Society of South Carolina-Westville Funerals with visitation immediately following.
