Jane Barnett Christie, 63, passed away Monday, June 8, 2020.
Born in Aliceville, Alabama, she was a daughter of the late Roger C. and Thelma K. Barnett.
Ms. Christie grew up in Simpsonville and retired from Greenville County School District Transportation Department. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. She loved spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
She is survived by one sister, Christine Barnett, and two brothers, Reverend Bruce C. Barnett, and James C. Barnett and wife Bonnie, several nieces and great nephews and dear friend Arlie Christie.
The Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 2252 Woodruff Rd., Simpsonville. Interment will be at Graceland East immediately following. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite pet shelter or the American Diabetes Association.
