Jean Brock Lewis, widow of John Hobart Lewis Jr., age 77 of Travelers Rest, SC traveled home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, May 30th, 2020.
A homemaker and of the Baptist Faith, she was born on December 26th, 1942 in Anderson County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Lorena Stacy Brock and Frank Smith.
Jean was the beloved mother of Charles Lewis, Tammy Lewis Stafford (Thomas), Frank Lewis and the late Elizabeth Lewis Willis. She is survived by 6 grandchildren; Kenneth Lewis (Amanda), Lauren Lewis Jones (Jarrod), Brittany Willis, Mackenzie Lewis, Haley Lewis and Ali Stafford (Wilson) and 6 great grandchildren; Reagan Lewis, Logan Lewis, Branton Jones, Aikman Jones, Paisleigh-Jean Lewis and Addilynn Godfrey.
Jean was the sister of Diane Martin of Charleston, SC and the late Ray Brock, Linda O’Cain and Ronald Brock.
The family would like to send a special thanks to the wonderful staff at Wren Hospice, specifically Nurse Kelly Hawkins, and CNA Renea Wooten.
The family will hold a private graveside service and will be at the home of Charles Lewis at 103 Sunset Mountain Ct.,Travelers Rest, SC.
