Matt was born to Pamela Jenkins Galt Sitton and William Russell (Rusty) Galt.

He was adopted by his paternal grandparents, Tom and Jean Galt of Spartanburg, SC
and loved and raised by them along with his Aunt, Rosemary Galt.

Our family wants to thank someone who loved him unconditionally, his
Special Friend who loved him deeply: Christine Kuzmich & her furbaby Sadie

He attended Sptbg. Dist 7 schools.

He was loved by so very many, but never learned to love himself completely.
He lost his battle with heroin - he was way too young!
Drugs have taken way too many young lives.

There will be no formal services or visitation as the family will memorialize him privately.
