Michael Gladden

Michael Gladden of Greer SC went to be with the love of his life, Cathy, on September 18, 2022 in Anderson, SC. He was the son of the late Gloria Gladden Roberts.
Michael is survived by three children Nicki Cox (Chris), Derick Kohl (Ashley), and Becca Koehn; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his live-in caregivers Wesly Cox and Zay Mullen-White.

Michael spent his life as a devoted servant to his fellow man. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corp., and continued his public service as a police officer and a paramedic for many years. He loved coffee and sweets, especially Oreo cookies. Michael was an avid reader and lover of old Western movies.

Michael was a devoted family man, who loved his children and grandchildren deeply. Spending time with his family was the highlight of his day. Services will be announced by the family at a later date.
