Minnie Lucille Owens Wilson

Minnie Lucille Owens Wilson, daughter of John Grover and Hattie Dill Owens passed away peacefully June 1, 2020 at the Hospice House in Spartanburg, S.C. after a short illness. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She lived at 100 Glendale Manor Drive in Clinton, S.C. Lucy, as she was fondly called was born in Union, SC January 14, 1934. She was a graduate of Union High School and loved visiting her hometown. She made her home and lived many years in Florida before making the move back to her home state. She was a member of Hurricane Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her church family.

She is survived by her son, Robert A. Wilson and his wife Debra of Moore Haven, FL. She also has 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Wilson and daughter Kathy Lynn Miller. She was preceded also by sisters Eva Lee Martin, Margaret Drake and brothers John Richard Owens and George Owens.
