Nancy Annette Mahaffey

Nancy Annette Mahaffey, 48, of Greenville, SC, passed away at home on the 9th day of August 2020 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on the 21st day of January 1972. The beloved wife, mother and daughter is survived by her husband, Steve Bennett, three daughters Veronica Tharp, Victoria Tharp, and Tracey Ramirez, seventeen grandchildren and mother Debra Mahaffey. She was predeceased by her father, James Warren Mahaffey.

Nancy attended Anderson University where she received a Masters degree in Human Resources. She went on to be a caregiver at Active Day, an adult daycare facility. Being a caregiver was truly her passion, she loved hard and wanted to lend a helping to hand anyone she could. She was very strong and caring person with a big heart.
