Phillip “Jim” Aytes, 64, husband of Virginia “Ginny” Gilreath Aytes, passed from this life Sunday, May 10, 2020 at his home.
Born in Harriman, Tennessee he is a son of the late Gene T. Aytes and the late Betty Collins Aytes. Jim was partnered with Wayne Dalton in the construction industry and loved fishing, hunting and the Tennessee Vols.
Survivors include his wife Ginny of the home, two step daughters Debra Johnson and Vickie Evans, a daughter Sherry Aytes, three sisters and a brother, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
A private service was held to honor Jim’s memory.
