Richard Allen Collins Jr.

On 1/19/2021 our father, grandfather and great grandfather Richard Allen Collins Jr. went to be with our Lord. Richard was the son of late Fern and Richard A Collins Sr. of Ohio and the first born of five sons. He outlived them all! He was 84.
He had a passion for the outdoors and traveling. His most favorite pastime was watching his favorite football team, the Cleveland Browns. Our mother, Elaine Collins preceded him in death, January, 2015 and we promised her that all of us children would take care of Dad.
Richard retired from the United States Navy in 1976 and moved from California to South Carolina where he and Elaine and all the family have enjoyed South Carolina State Parks. He had a great life traveling all over the United States with his wife in their beautiful fifth wheel.
Dad, we will always love you and mom and you will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his four children Donald A. Collins, Tracy A. Crombie, Steven J. Collins and David A. Collins and five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
