Surviving are his devoted wife; Judith Syck Sessions, daughters; Joy Michaelson, Cynthia Morgan (Porter), Susan Elliott (Mark), grand children; Max Michaelson, Alex Morgan, Porter Morgan, Anna Rose Elliott, brother; Travis Sessions of Helena, AL.
A Celebration of Richard's life will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 with visitation beginning at 9:45 am - 10:45 am, with the service starting at 11 am in the Chapel of Taylors First baptist Church, 200 W Main Street, Taylors, SC 29687.
