Survivors include his wife of the home, Tina McNeely, three children; Jessica, Michael, and Evan McNeely he is also survived by one grandchild, Braylee McNeely.
Roger was a construction lead man, he enjoyed riding his motorcycles and spending time with his family who he loved dearly.
Roger was of the Christian Faith.
