Ron Sieg, 70, was released from the constrains of his battle with Parkinson’s Disease Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Memory Care of Simpsonville and is now feasting and rejoicing in Heaven with Jesus.
Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania he is a son of the late Albert Charles Sieg and the late Ruth Lillian Johnson Sieg. Ron loved all sports but was most passionate about The Denver Broncos, his children were born in Colorado where he enjoyed skiing, snowboarding and all winter sports with them. He coached many of their sports teams when they were growing up.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Stephanie (Nelson) Dickson and Blake Sieg, grandchildren, Charlotte Dickson and Colt Dickson, sisters, Barbe Sieg and Linda Primrose. Ron is also survived by the mother of his children, Carol Sieg.
The family will host a gathering to celebrate Ron’s life in the chapel of Cremation Society of South Carolina – Westville Funerals 4 PM Wednesday, September 16, 2020. The service will be broadcast on Facebook Live.
In honor of Ron’s love for sports the family asks attendees to wear their favorite sports jersey instead of formal attire.
