He was predeceased by his father, Grady W. “Doc” Green and his mother, Jacquelyn “Jackie” Green. He is survived by his two sisters, Gail Smith and Anne Anderson and one brother, Matt Green. He is also survived by his long time partner, Donelle Walker.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
