Mr. Samuel “Sam” Bush

Samuel Bush, affectionately known as Sam, received his wings on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
Sam was born to parents, Silas and Gracie Mae Bush on March 20th, 1954, in South Miami Florida. He grew up as the eldest of 5 siblings, and attended Palmetto Senior High School.
Sam met Ms. Mary Brock and began a courtship and marriage that lasted over 35 years. Sam and Mary spent many years living and working in Miami Florida, migrated to Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and settled in Greenville SC until he was called home.
Sam spent most of his formative years working as an apprentice in a music store and record company in Perrine Florida, and eventually developed his skills as a cook. He worked as a cook for many years until settling in Greenville South Carolina where he ran his own successful landscaping company.
Sam is survived by his son, Marco Richardson; granddaughter, Markya Richardson; Zakkeia Pierce who is Markya Richardson’s mother, and Mrs. Sandra Packer, Marco’s mother and grandmother to Markya Richardson.
He also leaves 4 siblings, Thomas, Anthony, Lisa and Elliot Bush all respectively born and raised in Miami Florida.
Sam will also be forever remembered by his aunts, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Silas and Gracie Mae Bush, and his lifelong partner, Ms. Mary Brock.
