Spencer Lee Thomas, 74, of Greenville, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 in Greenville, South Carolina. Born on June 28, 1944 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to his parents, Claymon L. Thomas and Etta Bramlett Thomas, he was a longtime resident of the upstate, he worked as an engineering manager for Fluor Daniel and he was a member of the Roper Mountain Baptist Church in Greenville.
Mr. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents; he is survived by his cousins, Bill Eaton and his wife, Nora of Belton, South Carolina, Becky D. Lynch of Anderson, South Carolina, Steve Lynch of Ware Shoals, South Carolina, Donna B. Bridges of Columbia, South Carolina and Alan Baird and his wife, Lynn of Greenville, South Carolina.
A memorial service to remember and honor MR. Thomas’s life will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Roper Mountain Baptist Church, 300 Roper Mountain Road Extension, Greenville, South Carolina 29615.
