Stacy Lee Marie Jones

April 5, 1970 — May 17, 2019

Stacy Lee Marie Jones, age 49, passed away Friday, May 17, 2019 at home surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Escalon, Ca. on April 05, 1970 to Carolyn Jean Langston and Robert Clyde Hatton and was preceded in death by her father, Robert Clyde Hatton.
Survived by her husband Wesley Allen Jones, her two sons Jackson Levis Lee Jones and Mason Clyde Allen Jones, she is lovingly remembered by her sisters Paula R. Becerra, Michelle L. Jones, Virginia M. Cutler, Terra Mouton, Karie Brown, Kim Brown and her brothers Robert K. Hatton, Clyde T. Hatton, Clinton D. Jones and Travis E. Jones. She will also be remembered by all of her many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A 1988 graduate of Ramona High School, she was active in sports and won many awards for swimming and track. In 2005, she earned an Associate degree in Architectural Design from Greenville Technical College.

Stacy was an incredibly talented artist and enjoyed painting, sculpting, drawing and most of all woodworking. She crafted furniture and intricate wood puzzles, which she sold at many of the craft festivals in Upstate SC. As a certified scout leader for Pack 715 in Mauldin, SC she enjoyed participating in outdoor activities and working with the children and fellow troop leaders.

Stacy will be remembered as a bright, beautiful glowing light that cast joy on everyone she met. Her generosity and love will be cherished by all she knew.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 12:30 pm at Symmes Chapel "Pretty Place" 100 YMCA Camp Rd. Cleveland, SC 29635
