Susan Alta Doak

Susan Alta ‘Sue’ Doak, widow of Lt Col. Larry A. Doak (ret USAF), passed away August 11, 2022. Born in Chicago, Mrs. Doak was a daughter of the late Michael Joseph and Shirley Hayman Kastel. Sue owned a crafting business for 50 years, and was of the Jewish faith.
Surviving are two children, Angela Bakos (John), and Samantha Doak; six grandsons, two great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Richard Kastel and Marjorie Kastel. Predeceased in addition to her husband was a brother, Tony Kastel.
