Susan B. Riegel
August 31, 1950 — July 11, 2020
Susan Riegel, 69 of Greenville, SC passed away July 11. She was the daughter of the late James and Lillian Burke of Chicago, Illinois.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, William Riegel.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Regency Hospice and Griswold Home Care for their exceptional care during her long illness.
Susan worked in the financial securities field for many years, until, at the age of 38 she decided to pursue her passion and returned to school to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She went on to become very involved with the Greyhound adoption group in Michigan.
Due to the pandemic, a memorial service will be planned at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Greenville Humane Society.
