Thomas John Swirles

Thomas John Swirles, “Papa Tom” 90, husband of the late Evelyn Swirles, passed from this life Monday, November 9, 2020 at The Foothills Presbyterian Community in Easley.
Mr. Swirles was born in Riverside, Canada a son of the late John and Thelma Swirles. He was a Christian,
a Veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Korean War, and was retired from the trucking industry.
Survivors include his children; Barry Swirles of Tecumseh, Michigan, Jill Webb (Kerry) of Easley, South Carolina, grandchildren; Ryan and Abby Swirles, and Taylor and Madison Webb, a brother Robert Swirles of Michigan, and an aunt Mary Ann Grasel, of Simpsonville, South Carolina.
Mr. Swirles is predeceased by his parents and his wife Evelyn Swirles.
The family will celebrate Mr. Swirles life with a private memorial service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Foothills Presbyterian Community, 205 Bud Nalley Drive, Easley, South Carolina 29642 or Interim Healthcare of the Upstate, 16 Hyland Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29615.
