Vickie Rowe, 75, Chappells, SC, passed away on February 20, 2021. She was the daughter of William Thomas Partin and Cora Ellen Garland Partin, born on March 8, 1945, in Greenville, OH. Vickie is survived by children: Tabitha Kennedy, Robbie, Reardon, and Tora Reardon; siblings: Rudy Brown, Joyce Simmons, Larry Partin, and Billy Partin; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth Rowe, and brother Rodney Partin. Vickie will truly be missed and loved.
