Walter Witten Riley Jr.

Walter Riley, Jr., 72, affectionately known as “Junior” or “Winky” of Williamston, SC passed away on June 18, 2022. A native of Bluefield, W Va., he was the son of the late Walter and Ollie Boothe Riley, Sr. He was a coal miner and also worked with the Gant Rescue Squad.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eva V. Wingham Riley and siblings, William Everett Riley, Dudley Murrell Riley, and Henry Allen Riley.

He is survived by his children, Eddie Lewis (Lori) Riley, Wayne (Linda) Riley, and Charity Renae Riley; grandson, Witten Riley of the home; sister, Frances (David) A. Singleton; 10 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday, June 23rd at Westville Funerals. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, June 24th at Agnew Road Church of God with burial to follow at Graceland Cemetery West.
