William “Billy” Keith Corn
Greenville, South Carolina
Billy Corn, 61, husband of Kathy Schmidt Corn, passed from this life Monday, April 20, 2020 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital following a long battle of declining health.
Born in Greer, South Carolina he is a son the late Willie and Louise Corn. Billy was known for his love of the outdoors such as hiking, fishing and especially his talent of woodworking.
Survivors include his wife Kathy, a son Nicklous Corn of Tennessee, a daughter Lynzee Corn of Tennessee, a step-daughter Tammy Taylor of Landrum, several grandchildren, four sisters; Dale King, Sandra Garceau, Toby Moody, and Audrey Beahm. Billy is also survived by his constant companion “Coalbear”.
Due to the current environment regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of Billy’s life will be held at a later date.
Those wishing to honor William Keith Corn’s memory may do so by donating blood in his name to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
