He is survived by his sons; William Shane (Kayla) Bishop of Williamston, SC and Aaron Bishop of Greer, SC, his grandchildren; Kaylie, Brianna, and Braedyn Bishop, and his brothers; Michael A. Bishop and John Bishop of Greenville, SC.
Along with his parents, William was predeceased by his brother; Robert Bishop and his sister; Tonya Gregory.
