William “Bill” Richard Staggs

William “Bill” Richard Staggs, 72, passed away on December 5th, 2019 at home. A native of Greenville County, he was the son of the late Manning And Lillian Tapp Staggs. He was predeceased by his wife; Nancy Hembree Clark Staggs. Surviving are his children; Tracy Kluge, Tina Thieme (Jason), Scott Clark, and Lynn Reece, his sisters; Elaine Green and Pam Henderson (Kim), his brother; Wayne Staggs (Vickie), his grandchildren; River, Gatlin, AJ, Caroline, Parker, Elison, Madison, and Chase, and his 6 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Church (Greenville) on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 at 11am.
