Wilton Greg Satterfield

Greg Satterfield, 48, of Greenville, SC went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2021. He is survived by his wife Angela Timms Satterfield, daughter Ashley Stewart, son's Greg Satterfiled, Jr., Gage Satterfield, and his predeceased son Shane Satterfield who went home to be with the Lord on August 17, 2016. Greg had five grandchildren, Tristan, Landon, PK, Kaylan, and Justyce. He was predeceased by his parents Wilton and Patricia Satterfield of Greenville, SC.
Greg was a loving father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family, fishing, racing, and camping. Greg Satterfield had a great heart and was loving and caring to everyone.
No memorial services will be held because he preferred not to have one. The family encourages all who wish to celebrate his life to have a quiet time in remembrance for him.
God saw you getting tired.
When a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped His arms around you,
And whispered, "Come unto me"
You didn't deserve what you went through,
And so He gave you rest.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best,
So when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain,
I could not wish you to come back.
To suffer all again.
