Adaya Bleu Podvin, a remarkably loving and kind soul, passed away on June 9, 2026. Born on November 16, 1998, Adaya lived a life marked by creativity, courage, and an unwavering passion that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Adaya was a gentle and thoughtful individual whose vibrant spirit was reflected in her many interests. She found joy in music, reading, and drawing, often immersing herself in arts and crafts with an infectious enthusiasm. A devoted fan of the Harry Potter series, Adaya also cherished moments spent playing cards and games, delighting in game shows, and indulging in her love for flavorful foods while going out to eat. Whether enjoying a nap or laughing heartily at jokes, her warmth and friendliness brought comfort and happiness to those around her.
Her love for life extended to her treasured pets—Rex, Oakley, and Mia—who were constant companions and brought her boundless joy. Adaya's nurturing nature was evident in her fondness for manicures and pedicures, as well as her beautiful singing voice. Always eager to learn new things, she inspired others with her curiosity and zest for knowledge. Above all, Adaya held her family closest to her heart, finding in them her greatest source of love and strength.
Adaya who was also known as Blueberry by her loved ones is survived by her devoted mother, Shelly Langley, and father, James Podvin. She also leaves behind her grandparents Shirley O'Donald and Norm Kramer, along with Kathy Langley. Her extended family includes Uncle Ray, Aunt Jennifer Gilliam, Aunt Melissa, Uncle Mike Strickland, Uncle Phillip Langley and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles all of whom carry forward her memory with deep affection.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Michael Langley, Anita Knight, and Bill Knight.
Adaya Bleu Podvin’s legacy is one of loving kindness, creativity, and an indomitable spirit that will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. Her gentle passion and selflessness continue to inspire all who knew her, and her memory is a precious gift to be cherished and remembered with great respect.
The family would like to say a special thank you to her three wonderful aides Shylo, Marisa, and Sue.
