Adriana “Adri” Torres-Lopez passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 20. Born on December 10, 2005, to Ingrid Lopez and Edgardo Torres, Adri’s unique and positive perspective on life touched everyone she met. Her sister, Ale, with whom she shared a birthday and an unbreakable bond, will carry the memories of their cherished times together in her heart forever.
Adri loved Christmas, not for the presents, but for the way it brought her family together and allowed her to create traditions that will be carried on forever. She was the one who kept the magic alive, reminding us to always be children at heart and to live life to the fullest.
Adri’s creativity shone brightly through her ideas and the many hobbies she embraced, including drawing, crafting, sewing, crocheting, and everything in between. She was deeply dedicated to all that she was passionate about, from her work in marching band to her pursuit of a double major in psychology and art. She had an intelligent and gentle way of understanding, comforting, and loving people, and anyone who knew her can attest to that.
Her love for thrifting reflected her belief in the beauty of second chances and the transformation of meaningful things. Her collection of plushies was a testament to her tender and nurturing spirit, with each one holding a special place in her heart and home. She reminded us to always be unapologetically ourselves, to express exactly who we are, and to own it.
A talented pastry chef, Adri baked with her whole heart, creating delectable treats that brought smiles to everyone who tried them, especially her chocolate chip cookies.
Adri’s life was filled with love, joy, and the pursuit of happiness. She lived with an open heart and left behind a legacy of love that will endure in the hearts of her family and friends forever. Adri will be dearly missed, but the light she brought into this world will never fade.
