Anna Grace Welborn, affectionately known as "Nanner" to her friends and family, passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 46 in Easley, South Carolina. Born on December 10, 1978, in Greenville, South Carolina, Anna was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew her.
Anna was predeceased by her loving parents, Van and Kathie Welborn, her grandparents, Calvin and Edna Welborn and her grandfather Billy Dill. She is survived by her grandmother, Atta Dill, her devoted sister, Connie Welborn Reese, and brother-in-law, Charles Reese; her caring sister, Becca Rogers, and brother-in-law, Benji Rogers. She was a beloved aunt to Ben Reese, Luke Reese, Eli Rogers, Sam Rogers, and Ava Rogers, who will miss her dearly.
Anna was a graduate of Travelers Rest High School. Her friendly and outgoing nature made her a favorite among her peers and teachers alike. After graduation, Anna brought her warm smile and excellent service to the patrons of Carson's as a waitress.
Art, coloring, and drawing were not just hobbies for Anna; they were a way of life. Her creativity was evident in every aspect of her life. Anna's love for her dog, Bella, was unparalleled. They were inseparable companions, and Bella was a source of comfort and happiness for Anna. A true movie enthusiast, Anna loved watching films, especially those featuring her favorite actors, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Vin Diesel.
Those who knew Anna would describe her as funny, friendly, and creative. She had an uncanny ability to light up a room with her humor and to make everyone feel welcome. Anna's creative spirit and warm heart will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her legacy of laughter, kindness, and artistic talent will continue to live on in the memories of those she touched.
As we say goodbye to Anna Grace Welborn, we celebrate the happiness she brought into our lives and the beauty she left behind. Her life was a testament to the goodness of God, and the impact one person can have on the world around them. Anna's spirit will forever be a guiding light for her loved ones, reminding them to approach life with humor, love, and a touch of creativity.
A memorial service is scheduled for May 31, 2025 at 4 pm and will be held at Brushy Creek Baptist Church, 100 Clay St, Easley, SC 29642
