Bill’s life was marked by his loving nature, friendly demeanor and a faith that guided him through his 81 years.

Bills journey began as young man when he proudly served his country for 20 years in the United States Air Force. A period in which he demonstrated unwavering dedication and patriotism. Bill was a traveling man-he called many places home such as Germany, Turkey, Japan as well as many different States within the United States of America. His knack for business earned him the nickname “Dollar Bill” as he was consistently horse trading to build his empire. He was renowned for his constant search for his next big break and opportunity to strike a deal.

He earned a Bachelors Degree from Wayland Baptist University Texas. He also earned countless telecommunications related technical degrees and certificates which further equipped him with the skills to succeed in his various business ventures. He was constantly seeking new goals to achieve.

Throughout his life his heart remained ever full of love for his family. He leaves behind his cherished wife Margaret “Margi” Mackowski-Seif, brother Howard Isben Seif, sister Mary Elizabeth “Mimi” Wilson, daughters Bridget Daly Musteata, Erin Maura Sharpe, Shannon Noel Sohl, married to Charles Edward Sohl, and son David Griffith Seif, married to Brenda “Gayle” Seif and his many adored grandchildren: Amanda Johnson (Trey), Monica Mercer (Jon), Hannah Cornell (Caleb), Samantha Rahn (Mitchel), Zachary Sharpe and Natalie Connelly (Ryan). His legacy will continue through his 14 and counting great-grandchildren who will carry forward the memories of their beloved patriarch.

Bill’s interests were as diverse as his career. He had a great love for animals and treated each one of them as family. He loved fishing, the excitement of the flea market, and the joy of travel. His adventures took him to numerous destinations around the world, but he found the greatest pleasure in exploring new places with those he loved.
