Betty Arlene Hinton of Greenville left this world on April 13, 2026, at age 67. She was born on June 26, 1958, in Hendersonville, NC. Her life was based on a deep faith and love for all people. Those who knew her remember her as a warm, kind soul. She left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate to know her.

Betty loved all animals, especially strays. She cared for any animal that needed human kindness. She had that same compassion for any living being she encountered. Her warmth and open heart meant she never met a stranger, only friends she was yet to make. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Through her work, Betty traveled extensively in the US as well as some internationally. No matter where she was, or with whom she was with, people accepted her with open arms. She was at ease around any level of society and that gift allowed her success in her endeavors. Her beautiful Western NC accent served to disarm people and added to her charm.

Betty was predeceased by her loving husband Joe, her only sister, Trish and her parents.

She is survived by her only child, Frankie Nicholas Ledbetter and two granddaughters, Kaelynn and Sarah. A Celebration of Life service will be scheduled at a later date.
