Betty Josselyn, born on November 5, 1941, in Pelham, Georgia, passed away on February 10, 2026. She was a dedicated insurance agent and a loan officer at a local credit union, where her commitment to serving her community was evident throughout her career.

Betty was not only a professional but also a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, April Frederick; her son, Dustin Josselyn; her granddaughter, Nicole Frederick; and her sister, Diane Rush.

Betty was a woman of many interests and passions. She found joy in solving puzzles, a pastime that reflected her sharp mind and problem-solving skills. Her love for cooking and baking was evident as she often delighted her family with her culinary creations, bringing everyone together around the table. A devout member of Jehovah's Witnesses, Betty's faith was central to her life. She enjoyed studying the bible with others and sharing scriptural truths and hopes with them.  

She is remembered not only for her professional accomplishments but also for her warmth, generous spirit, and the love she bestowed upon her family and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Josselyn, her grandson, Cameron Frederick, and her siblings Bob, Wayne, Grace, and Don Gordon, as well as her parents, Ruby and Robert Gordon.

Betty Josselyn's legacy lives on through her family and the numerous lives she touched throughout her life. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
