Brian Hart Sr., passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026. Born and raised in Putnam, CT, he was the son of the late Annette and Ernest Hart. He loved to fish and was a devoted fan of the New York Yankees. He also found great joy in sitting outside and birdwatching. He is survived by his wife, Anne Hart; son, Brian Hart Jr. (Ashley Hart); daughter, Melissa Miller; granddaughters, Courtney Miller, Ashley Miller, and Brittany Miller; sister, Cathy Knight; and nieces and nephews, Joey, Danielle, Jennifer, Eric, and Carrie. He was preceded in death by his sister Donna Leighton. A private memorial will be held amongst family members. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
